I used some of the without permission songs for a game project in my university and even though I listened to the songs on loop for over two hundred hours I still love them, it's amazing
if it's not going to be sold anywhere and just used for private reasons, i think that's okay. just don't sell your game with his songs or you may face legal charges

I'm assuming its because t+pazolite used the thumbnails as well as album arts, but it still is a fun coincidence.
