ESPP is 10% discount . But remember, discount is considered as your income. So deduct 30% from it. Which means you get 7% discount effectively

I am working in infosys from last 5+ year, but lot i got is more responsibilities. There no increase in salary i started at 2.5lpa and right now it's now 4.17lpa.
