Dude....I just love the creativity in your pictures. Just wow! You need to do more tutorials for the more amateurs on how to edit pics...how to compose/frame and shoot pictures.
Did you say the video camera used was the Panasonic AG-HVX200? I've had some experience with those, the 1/3" sensor is really crap in low light plus the anamorphic 1.33 pixel aspect ratio...
You never fail to inspire. How on earth did you manage post processing the pics so beautifully. Any tips from Scott again? and what song is this?-Abhi.
@xxpreoxx im pretty sure he uses final cut studio server edition in his workflow. He has a video made about his workflow including the mac xserve servers and backup drives he uses for both still and video editing
Beautiful work guys! It was great meeting some of you guys in Seattle for the Seattle 100 "mini-event" at Elliot Bay Books. You guys are nothing but an inspiration to me and what I would like to accomplish. Thank you! P.S. - Prob 2 of my favorite HLAK tracks...just sayin
@cake146 - It is "Daydream Vacation" by Head Like A Kite. And the first track is called "Beat Zero" also from Head Like A Kite. Great guys. Check them out. You'll find their music soundtracking many of Chases' videos.
Did you rent the hasselblad? Also maybe the light wasn't so good for colour pics, maybe! Love it though. I am 46 and just starting proffesional photography and just soak in the cool vibe of it all. Reality sinks in when I think of the expense. Great stuff though and love it, please keep it up.
@dnwphoto Medium format. Bigger Sensor. Highest quality image possible at the biggest possible size. 24MP sometimes isn't enough for big commercial clients needs.
more pls!!! Your videos are amazing!!! Please do more!
Very NICE shots!!!! Been there twice for 2 weeks on the South Island on a camper and its the most beautiful place Ive ever visited!!!

Could you make a Fine Art post-production video please? :) There's not too much online to find about how to create Fine Art Landscape images :(
Medium format is awesome for landscapes, you can zoom in a ton.
@xxpreoxx im pretty sure he uses final cut studio server edition in his workflow. He has a video made about his workflow including the mac xserve servers and backup drives he uses for both still and video editing
Hey, what is the name of the bungee rig used? We are looking for a gyro alternative for an upcoming shoot.
Hey chase, just wondering, what video editing software do you use to edit the videos you put on youtube. thanks :D
For landscapes the 40+ mpixels could really help with big posters or something like that. :)

Black&White is CJ's thing, and he does it quite well. Check out any of the CJ Live videos, all in B&W, and still look great.
How do you male the Black and White effect look so good? It's just, different i Think...

@AspectRatioPolice use a steadicam! and attach it to the vehicle w/ a bungee mount maybe.
why do you show it all in black and white? it is abstract but what about the beautiful colors of nature?
IR filter most likely! that and playing with levels and contrast
@sexocity123 Featuring Medium Format sensors of stunning 50Mpixel or 60Mpixel
has a great picture quality
and is also very expensive ;)
how does one be able to do this kind of a thing. and get paid to do it.
The haselblad is medium format. = shi* load of megapixels.
for this kind of work, alot of mefapixels come in handy. ;) (thats at least what i guess)
If I ever see a heli crash up there, I'm gonna be looking for that camera and loot it.
Wow, you went to MIDDLE EARTH!
