When things go crazy with their artist they are not the type to report to media every move they make, they would just do it silently. But i really respect his eye for talent. He knows one qhen he sees one and will really develop it to its greatest potential.

The "Ph" in her name is more of a P sound. My dad is from Thailand and his name has the Ph in it and so do my other Thai relatives.

In Thai, we don’t have the “Ph” sound, her name pronounced as “P” sound. But! “P” sound in Thai is also a little different than English sound.
Ph does pronounce as f sometimes in Thailand but in this case her name pronounces as Parita

For Pharita, we pronounce P not F in Thai, PA-RI-TA.
YG entertainment owns the whole street its located at😂 not joking. Two buildings, the old one ( now occupied by TBL) and new one, YGX building next to TBL, YG is renting "SameE" cafe across the building. Just last year YG bought YGKplus building, they still own it but Kplus went separate.
YGplus ( merch and album distribution center) has a separate building. The former training building of YG .
Then you have 2 YG restaurant up further ahead ( hongdae) and blackpink former BLACKPINK HOUSE. Also YG republic cafe somewhere close to the building. You cant miss it, it's full of KRUNK bears!😂 One YG republic in Myeongdong too.
YG owns 3 clubs too NB1, NB2 and Gabbia. YGfoods has two locations.
But to answer your question. Former blackpink house is turned into multiple rooms. You can see Yedam peaches cover and many of their TMI clips were filmed there.
