    The fimeu's fighters are exceptional but this style makes you connect with your own savage side. Fighting like a Matt is what makes me feel selfconfident with the blood warming up at every strike landed. Greetings from Argentina

    No matter even if Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs or 200 limbs, it’s punching that gets the job done 99% of the time. Nothing beats fast and hard punches in striking. Simple Straight rear, Lead hook and rear Uppercut are best ways.
    Only thing that can beat it is good old wrestling. But that too in a ring sport. Against multiple opponents again punching is the best

    The only reason these ''muay matt'' approach fighters don't kill everyone in their sport is because of the gloves. The equipment gives the advantage to good kickers because the fists are padded and the legs aren't.

    • @jansegal6687
      @jansegal6687 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No, the hands are padded because they break too easily, without padding, everyone would be injured and can't fight

    • @FCar-hx6uf
      @FCar-hx6uf 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jansegal6687 Then pad everything. Or just wrap the hands like in lethwei. The gloves are part of gimmicks to down play the importance and the superiority of punches over the other 3 weapons...punches don't even score points in real muay thai. You can beat the hell out of your opponent for five rounds using punches only, and having your opponents throwing 5 leg kicks per round lets say, and you'll end up losing on points, unless you KO him. Its just plain retarded like that.

    • @jansegal6687
      @jansegal6687 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FCar-hx6uf you don't understand, the hands can't handle the impacts without padding, fighters wanting to be able to fight next month would need to switch to palm strikes. The gloves are there to protect the fragile hands

      No the dutch fight in a much more "schooled" way of western boxing. Utilizing the jab a lot more and using combinations to set up power shots or power kicks. The muay matt style can look in many different ways since it just means heavy handed fighter. But for comparison, the k-1 max finals between Buakaw and Souwer in 2006 kind of illuminates the difference. Look att the stance and how much more "feeling" buakaw's style requires.
