He's better Rhino and and on par with Revenant. 2 Green archon shards and a decent Gloom build and he's super comfy. I Agree that he is weak in the current meta only because nuke frames are crazy OP right now especially with new archon shards and energy economy.

@o2473 He's literally just slower Nezha with a Damage buff instead of a Damage mulitplier/teleport/energy/health ability. The utility on Nezha is insane compared to Rhino.
