Thanks! I would kindly suggest to go with wacom tablet. Even when you will upgrade to screen type, you will have a reliable backup, and a portable option for travel with laptop. As for screen type, I'm happy with my Huion, and it is significant saving without sacrificing much. compared to Wacom Cintiqs.
Just came across by TH-cam recommendation. Very informative video and I like your art. It’s very interesting. I myself came from Intuos pro small (old model) and I love it. Now I’m on a cintiq and I love them both. I find intuos even better sometime for ergonomic n your hand not blocking the screen when paint or draw. By the way, I’m so sorry for what happening there and I do wish you and everyone will go back to normal life very soon.

May I ask if it's okay to wear the anti-fouling gloves, on say the drawing hand, and leave the touch sensor on, and then use the other hand to adjust the canvas or zoom in/out? The reason I am asking is that I do happen to have these gloves, I don't really mind putting them on. And I also don't have a Macbook handy, they do have amazing track pads but I don't have a Macbook.. So what I am asking is, if the drawing hand has the art gloves on, would it still register false touches? My second question is: does Huion have non-screen tablets just like this Intuos Pro Medium*? Would you recommend them? How might they compare to Intuos Pro Medium? Hello! Happy you found it useful! Regarding glove: Yes, gloves will work as you describe, and will prevent any false-touch registrations. Regarding non screen tablets: Yes Huion has a number of them, but at the moment of purchase - none of them were equipped with v3 of their pen (model number 517 if I'm not mistaken) . Versions 1 and 2 of Huion pen have a long travel of nib. This leads to "spring" effect (when you lift slightly pen, nib is still in contact pushing pen upwards) - there are number of vids on TH-cam detailing this issue. But they might have released new version with "pent tech v3" and it should be on par with wacom intuous.
@@vsevolodzhovtenkoart3294 Hey thank you about the warning about the older model 500 pens from Huion, I even saw a sketch artist youtuber point out the short-comings of the older pens, and he believes, as you do, that Model 517 are a vast improvement. He said, as you did, that the nib doesn't go into the pen when you apply pressure. P.S. I feel like, as you say, Intuos Pro Medium is a really solid product, and pretty much a goldilock size. And for that, it's worth more money. But I thought to update you that Huion may have bundled the updated (and more approved) PW517 stylus with what seems like at least two Huion pen tablets. I know! Nuts right!?? And honestly I wasn't looking at Huion pen tablets at all, all this time, cus before I watched your video I thought they were all _pen displays_. But I went and did some digging and learned that Huion did make them, they are all called Inspiroy or something. Nutty name. And Huion made way too many of them, it's hard to figure out which is good. But yeah, a great way to narrow things down is to start with those that didn't bundle the garbage stylus hahaha. My googling also got me to learn that stylus for devices like Note 20 Ultra and Surface Pro can't hold a candle to Apple Pencil and Wacom/Huion pen tablets, so that saved me from going down some dead-end consumer purchases.
