It’s insane how fast you guys run. The feeling of kicking past people in the finish is so great. It’s insane though how you guys are running my 56 400 pr for multiple laps.

Same! Don’t know what it is but I wasn’t able to walk for a couple days and still can’t run :/ At first my trainer though shin splints then stress fracture but my tm8s think tendonitis
I’ve had knee injury for 8 weeks now, I can walk but my pain is like on and off and stuff, we learn from our mistakes and it’s a learning moment, I feel like I’m injured cause of lack of strengthening
i feel you man im also working with a quad strain so I can't run. We'll get through this together 💪
