I wish could give a 0 start . This resort sucks. I went to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was a disaster. Don’t go don’t west your money and time . They are so unprofessional with no manners. Mosquito everywhere. We found fly inside our food. Food was long day ago expired and we all had food poison after we came back from this resort. I had to pay almost 40 thousand for only 8 people and I got worst poor service. They are gonna charge you like 5 start hotel and will give you 0 start service. I was straggling for everything. They don’t cooperate with your requirements or needs they don’t even care the guest . So uncomfortable environment.I had to pay 50% advance but when I reached there no body was informed that we are coming to celebrate a birthday party .I will never go again and request to the innocent not to go. You will end up with complete disappointment.
