I am curious why you chose Dublin. I have heard it’s very expensive. I have dual citizenship with US and Ireland but I felt Ireland would be out of my budget. I really want to spend as much time as possible abroad, particularly Spain but I have some concerns/ challenges about actually moving. I really love your videos and am grateful for your advice and knowledge.
This is a great question! So I actually won a scholarship that provided me a fully funded masters to Ireland (I made a few videos on it). It was quite a surprise winning and I honestly just went the flow. The cost of living in Ireland is painful to say the least so I’d recommend really thinking about how you’d like to live, what your income will be and if you can afford Dublin (versus smaller towns). I think maybe a month/short stint in Spain would also be a great starter to see how you enjoy living in Europe and if it’s sustainable!

Personally I would only move to Ireland again if I was sure I could be gainfully employed/make enough money to enjoy my lifestyle.
