Giancarlo is a next level actor. I'm so interested in this game because of him being in it. Plus, Far Cry 5 was pretty damn good. Most of the Far Cry series are good to great games.
Giancarlo is gonna be amazing in this game! I hope with more familiar faces like this, people can see how much work goes into a performance and how its not just voice acting anymore. It is full motion capture performance. It's basically the most challenging form of acting since they have to pretend and visualize everything that is going to be in the final game.
i wish cyberpunk did. rdr2 was perfect in this way. so i agree with you, this will be so immersive! i cant wait :). and the season pass looks amazing! i wont preorder again tho

I really liked everything I've seen of Far Cry 6 so far, but some of the lighting and fluidity of faces in cutscenes could still use tweaking. Would be a little bit disappointing if the direction of the story and the performances suffer from it... :(
Giancarlo is one of my actors, loved his work in Breaking Bad and The Mandalorian, he was incredible as Anton Castillo in Far Cry 6, stole every scene he was in 👏👏👏

Love the graphics especially in the gameplay that I’ve seen with the games environments and stuff rlly beautiful, but before it releases I hope that they can improve the character facial expressions during cutscenes or the characters texture In general there not bad looking but I do see some tweaks that can be fixed and hope Ubisoft does.

Anton sounds amazing and i am sure he is going to steal every cut scene he is in but the graphics are really hurting my eyes. I really hope this is a downgrade for the presentation but even if they are not i really cant complain. Maybe they will fix them later
These meet-the-villain cutscenes are probably my favorite part of the Far Cry series. Which is both good and bad. Good because they're always so well done in my opinion, and bad because I have yet to finish a game.
I hope the facial mocap animations or whatever it is they do to make facial animations realistic are improved. The current facial animations don't do justice to Giancarlo's performance. It really looks like he's giving it all and enjoying playing this role. I hope in the final release his performance is captured as accurately as possible.

The devs promised to upgrsde the graphic textures as their game seems to be finished now. And I don't want to say thst Graphics don't matter, they do, but looking at thr whole extent of Far Cry 6 I think Gameplay is more important

The facial animation needs a LOT of improvement. He looks like he's been shooting up Botox like it's going out of style. Parts that should move don't, and parts that do move do so too much. Also, the reflectivity on the boards in the ceiling should be softened. Even freshly lacquered wood doesn't reflect THAT much light. This is a waste of Giancarlo Esposito's gravitas. Make the character look more realistic and it will work. Leave it as is, and he'll look like a clown.
