So how does this guy get arrested for voluntarily fleeing and wasting state resources but not the Hawaiian girl for doing the same thing and even had a GoFundMe rasied for her?!
My guess on what was shown: The guy faked his death so his family could have the insurance policy while he was free wheeling in the eastern Europe country. Guy doesn't want to divorce but wants to make sure his kids are taken of with his wife. He would rather die than divorce. Guy does his thing, but either the girl was a catfish (I doubt since he stayed there for a few months), the relationship wasn't what he thought it was (reality hit), or that girl took all of his $ (seems more likely). Lack of empathy is at the top of descriptive things to look for when it comes to a ASPD so is he didn’t care that he was putting his family through the turmoil of thinking that he was deceased, then truly I’m stumped as to what else he could be…..
He brought "I'll be home for Christmas" to a new level.
The grass is not greener on the other side without people working on it and themselves
I’ve got to admit, I’m truly surprised he came back.
Where else was he gonna go? Lol
He had no money
Poor kids, may get ruined by their own dad, thinking their dad rather to fake his own death than be their father. Sending love to the children and their mother.
@amanda_shanti that's so incredibly sad. I feel for this children most of all. Your own father didn't want you. Cruel.
Bless your heart
I hope his wife will not welcome him back into her house if he gets out of the jailhouse!!! Came back close to Christmas so he could get sympathy from family. Most likely his "Catfish" didn't work out as he had hoped. WIFE: I truly hope you move forward with your children.
It's his house, too. Just because he left does not mean he lost his right of ownership. She may not welcome him back, but legally he has every right to go back into that house. Of course, she has the option of leaving the home if she wants to.
@mikeJohnson-ie2md True!!! I thought about that too!
Had they not made contact with someone who knew he was alive, he would have never came back.
Side chick didnt work out? Main example of "Dont take what you have for granted", lmfao
He got scammed
Got sick of living in a third world country already did he?! Lol
I wonder why he came back, did the sugar baby dump him...
@@lisabrightly because he isn’t that bright. He’s a 🤡 that can’t commit to his decisions. Couldn’t commit to his wife and kid. Couldn’t commit to leaving them so he came back lol now he’s in a much worse situation lol what a dodo 🦤
No, he was hustled 😂
He broke his family’s hearts forever. What a POS.
He ran out of money. Maybe they took him for everything he had having him run around paying for everything. Once he's broke they have no use for him.
Imagine the utter embarrassment his family is facing right now.
As low as this is at least he didn’t pull a Chris Watts.
Are we setting the bar that low for husbands now? 😊
That chick from Hawaii should also have to reimburse costs for her disappearance hoax.
absolutely.
But she never reported herself missing, nor did she fake her death. She just didn’t contact with her family…
Absolute child abuse.
Emotional and mental abuse for sure. Trauma of losing a parent and then they “return from the dead”! 🤬 Hope wife wakes up and files for divorce and full custody.
@@luannsuekindem7377 And financial. He left her with not a lot to continue to raise the family. If they had not found this out SHE could have been in trouble with the law for claiming life insurance.
Not at all.
WTH?
@@strongfoot2009if a woman did this you'd think it's abus3
These charges will not stick. He'll be fined for the search costs, restitution ordered, and have to face his wife and kids. Other than this, no real crime, no time.
Fraud is illegal in WI
Pure selfishness. I really feel more and more of us are morally inept and narcissistic.
How awful to put your family through this. At least he didn't kill his entire family.
Please keep making videos on this story...I would like to see how this goes.
He look like Ralph Fiennes as he transitioned from handsome to gruesome.
💯 %
😂😂😂. This fits.
Guy looking to get a huge fine. He'll need to work a long time to pay all of it, including child support after divorce, etc.
As a defense attorney, I’m failing to see how any of this is criminal. Albeit salacious and immoral, I see no true crime here.
Fraud? What about the life insurance policy?
Fraud, plus wasting public resources.
@@darklorddisco he didn’t file a claim on the policy (obviously)nor did he conspire with his wife to do so. He merely added a policy. I think it would be a stronger claim if his wife was in on faking his death to defraud the life insurance company by having her file a claim once he disappears. Absent that I don’t see any substantial step taken to defraud them. I’d argue that his supposed staging of a death was done more for the purposes of avoiding his family and had nothing to do with obtaining any ill gotten pecuniary gain.
I am no lawyer, but I am with you as to what is the crime? Is not that he reported to the authorities that he was dead ☠️and came back to life.
Now it’s a crime for a middle aged man to ran away from home?
He should sue the police for false arrest and imprisonment.
This dude. He could have prevented all this by just being honest with his family. Now everyone knows what a terrible person he is.
Why does this cop always come to tears over this case? Why was he begging the guy to come back with his family? He needs to stop getting emotionally involved in people's personal affairs!
He could've gotten a divorce, but he didn't want to pay child support.
So how does this guy get arrested for voluntarily fleeing and wasting state resources but not the Hawaiian girl for doing the same thing and even had a GoFundMe rasied for her?!
Start a GoFundMe for him if you feel so strongly about it
faking death and voluntarily fleeing are two different things
This dude faked his death, the chick just stopped contacting or wandering her family
I hear he's single... Maybe write him in jail
😂😂@@videoettaceo8900
Let's not gloss over the fact that he committed insurance fraud by obtaining life insurance for the purpose of his family benefiting from it.
Get a divorce already
How could he do this? I wish i were lucky enough to have a wife and healthy family who loved me and worried about my saftey
Why is the sheriff so emotional about this?
The thing is they never expect to arrest one of their own but it had to be done.
The grass is rarely greener on the other side
I bet he's embarrassed.
Ya’ think????
The Sheriff has the reading level of a 5yr old.
...and wtf is up w/ that ginormously bulky podium he's standing behind?
@@kenbob1071 compensating for inadequacies. Just look at their ridiculous vehicles.
Law enforcement tend to be developmentally delayed
The American public school system, ladies and gentleman
My guess on what was shown:
The guy faked his death so his family could have the insurance policy while he was free wheeling in the eastern Europe country.
Hence, why he came home with what he claims is $20 in his wallet and nothing more.
I hope his wife, soon to be ex, takes everything he has.
The $20?
He should be embarrassed
They said that is why he didn’t come back right away 😂😂
I thought all the lawyers who talked about this situation said he didn't actually break any laws. It's not a crime to ditch your family.
The crime was faking his death and all the resources used to look in a body of water had to cost a lot…
@@Ioncandi much agreed. See my post in the comments regarding my take on the matter. Police seem to be taking this one personal and it’s skewing their judgement imo.
Insurance fraud is also a crime.
