This why in the Hinduism and Buddhism teaches and guiding peoples, who are seekers and believers to strive for enlightenment and to break the circle of rebirths, which will put those peoples back into the cycle of sufferings again and again and again etc.

This is completely your opinion. Other religions can say the same thing about when you are cremated. How cremated brings you down to the most common element carbon. Bury or cremated your soul will know when to move on regardless which one.

@@mercykankam usually we reincarnate in same soul grps. It is the ties of love that bind us in next life as well. But if we have outgrown our family members for our spiritual development then we can go into a new and different family. In rebirth relationships can change. For eg your mom may be born as your daughter. Spiritual gurus do not advise suicide no matter how tough the circumstances. It is better to bear it out and exhaust any past karma. Then new birth will be even better without past baggage hanging on. If you have lost someone to suicide then pray for their peace and do good deeds in their name so they can go into rest and prepare for a new birth.

It depends on your actions.. They who do bad things always will generally pushed again to animal yoni. After they suffered all of it, they again are again born as humans.. and again they have to make progress towards spirituality if they wants to attain moksha. It is very difficult to know the fruit of action. It is not only determined by deeds but also the mind while doing the deed. There are descriptions about it in Ramayana itself. A dog come to Ram who was a sage in previous birth.

For example, I understand Karma is what holds the 3 physical bodies/sheaths together.. I've seen Sadhguru say that everyone is a ghost, but that ghosts that we the living see, are those that have died with too much karmic energy (like from an accident). Instead, if you die of old age, running out your karma, you can find a new body within hours.. BUT what about the *MANY* ghosts that have been seen that are of someone old? So I'm confused, if you die of old age, running out your karma, how are there old ghosts, and why would you need to be re-born? Or is this what is meant as a young-soul, that you haven't lived enough lives, even though you died old? Sadhguru also has a video where he mentions that if you make it to 84 years old, then your connection to earth will be so weak, you won't come back to earth?! So not sure if this means that you reincarnate into a different type of (lighter?) being, like an extraterrestrial-alien, or if you merge with the one-ness like when your karmic glue breaks. There also seems to be some level of organization on the other side... for example, asking a NDE if they want to return or not?! yes, I will try to make it...but to answer you in brief the way has been described by Sri Krishna in the Gita and it is through the development of Samata - equanimity of mind - in good and in bad situations we should keep our mind, calm, peaceful and unperturbed, always centered on God. If we can do that then the surrender happens easily. "He who in the midst of the greatest battle, keeps calm, he is a Yogi" - Lord Krishna in the Gita. This is what he taught Arjuna - not to quake and shake in fear and grief when killing his own family members, but to do his duty calmly and to surrender to the will of the Divine. So no matter what storm is raging outside, no matter how badly people treat us, or no matter how unpleasant the outside circumstances we must learn to receive them with a perfect calm. they can. Some people who die in accidents are ok with their passing, others pass in troubled states of worrying about relatives left behind etc. Such people can get trapped in the ghost state. It depends on each person's state of mind at the time of passing.

I have 1 question according to Sikhism we have to control our 5 thief five thieves are kaam (lust), krodh (rage), lobh (greed), moh (attachment) and ahankar (conceit) do u believe that if we control this then a chance of person to merge in god is easy?
opinder singh We don't want to control these things we want to drop them completely. I don't know if dropping or controlling them will make it easier to merge with god But it's certainly the path to her door.

Can I come back as a ghost to take care of my children? Which category does that fall under? I dont care about any material possession nor have desires, but a fear of my family suffering if I die. I just want to make sure they are okay when I'm gone. Where do I find explanations about this?

Does ascending to Heaven mean becoming a Deity? When one becomes a Deity does that mean that they can alter Universal Laws, e.g. Physical Suffering?

If we are all reflections of the one-ness, is there every a point where you cease to exist as a distinct personality.. i.e. merging with the ocean of consciousness? For example, I understand Karma is what holds the 3 physical bodies/sheaths together..
I've seen Sadhguru say that everyone is a ghost, but that ghosts that we the living see, are those that have died with too much karmic energy (like from an accident). Instead, if you die of old age, running out your karma, you can find a new body within hours.. BUT what about the *MANY* ghosts that have been seen that are of someone old? So I'm confused, if you die of old age, running out your karma, how are there old ghosts, and why would you need to be re-born? Or is this what is meant as a young-soul, that you haven't lived enough lives, even though you died old?
Sadhguru also has a video where he mentions that if you make it to 84 years old, then your connection to earth will be so weak, you won't come back to earth?! So not sure if this means that you reincarnate into a different type of (lighter?) being, like an extraterrestrial-alien, or if you merge with the one-ness like when your karmic glue breaks.
There also seems to be some level of organization on the other side... for example, asking a NDE if they want to return or not?! On the other hand, other ghost entities ask "Am I dead?".. or they say that they are lost, unsure of what to do?!
Any thoughts on reincarnation and aliens.. i.e. when one dies, what prevents coming back into one of the lighter, higher-consciousness beings that seem to be trying to help humans via their dimension?

yes, I will try to make it...but to answer you in brief the way has been described by Sri Krishna in the Gita and it is through the development of Samata - equanimity of mind - in good and in bad situations we should keep our mind, calm, peaceful and unperturbed, always centered on God. If we can do that then the surrender happens easily.
"He who in the midst of the greatest battle, keeps calm, he is a Yogi" - Lord Krishna in the Gita. This is what he taught Arjuna - not to quake and shake in fear and grief when killing his own family members, but to do his duty calmly and to surrender to the will of the Divine. So no matter what storm is raging outside, no matter how badly people treat us, or no matter how unpleasant the outside circumstances we must learn to receive them with a perfect calm.
Sri Aurobindo has expounded on this quality of Samata in great detail in his book: Letters on Yoga II - Section III - Chapter: The Foundation of Sadhana
Also he has taught how to surrender to the Divine - that is also explained in the same book: (Letters on Yoga II - Section II - Chapter: Surrender).
