I've have been to London! I've been to Eastbourne and Brighton in East Sussex. London is a town that I had always dreamed to go to. So many places I visited, places I had seen only on books, I was blessed enough to visit them. It was my dream come true.

I've never been to London or even the UK, but I suspect that “mind the gap” means that everyone should pay attention if they are not to close to tracks because a train is coming. 😉For this lesson, the term “gripping” was new to me. Thank you, Katharine. 🙂
Yes 🤗🤗🤗
Honestly I burst out laughing after "I made the bed" at 1:25.
I thought "are you pulling me a leg?". I couldn't ever think you would have reduced it so straightforward.

Thanks. Great one, short and sweet as usual. I think the new one to me was 'a spoilt brat'. I also liked that expression 'go down very well with..' As to this London's iconic phrase 'Mind the Gap', it's also written on the platform and if you walk on London streets, it's everywhere even on T-shirts!
haha, yes I suppose it is! I don’t live in London so often feel like a total tourist! 😊😊😊
