Love this painting and the details of your instructions. Thanks for making and posting. I will give this a try! But what is that 'canvas' ? I only have access to white. Could i get a similar effect toning the white canvas with burnt or raw umber and white? Thx

Thank you, George, the canvas I'm using is Belgium linen and primed with Liquitex clear gesso. You could use Raw umber to tint your white canvas. Happy Painting!

Do use plexiglass as your pallet?

I use glass that I tinted with raw umber and white on the back.

Did you let the painting dry after doing the pink clouds or are you using a drying agent in your medium.

I use a medium (Black Oil) that speeds up drying, so my painting is dry the next day. I also use lead white and that dries pretty fast too.

Thank you. Good to know, I'll pass that info on to my editor. Unfortunately, I can't share the image due to copyright. I will however next time use an image I can share. Thanks for watching and happy painting!
