    1. poha - 1 Cup
    2. potato- 2 units
    3. jeera- ½Tbsp
    4. mustard Seeds- ½Tbsp
    5. Till- 1 Tbsp
    6. Green Chilly- 2-3 units
    7. Red Chilly Powder- ½Tbsp
    8. Carrot- 1 units
    9. Ginger Garlic paste- 1 Tbsp
    10. Besan- 2-3 Tbsp
    11. coriander Powder- 1 Tbsp
    12. Garam Masala- ½Tbsp
    13. Salt- ½Tbsp (As per Requirement)
    14. Green Coriander Leaves- 1 Cup
