I was in college and Tony's was the pizza you stuck into the microwave at 7-Eleven and it was exactly what you'd expect it to be at least the microwave 7-Eleven version of it just something to fill the void and absorb the alcohol and honestly it could have been a really really good frozen pizza but at the moments and times when we were buying and microwave heating it all that really didn't matter
It seems like the same actor that went on to play all the bad guy roles in westerns. That makes this commercial spooky cuz i think he's probably gonna have a gun fight after he stocks the pizza's

@@eblackadder3 I suppose the same fate happened to Tony's Pizza as to many other frozen items that used to be really good. The company gets bought by a huge corporation, and then the MBA's are sent in to alter the product to make it as cheap to produce as technologically possible.
😁 Totinos party pizza is marginally cheaper, but they've reduced the size of their pizzas within the past 5 years and started packaging them in plastic bags. It still tastes the same as the old Totinos when you're looking for that magical frozen pizza flavor.
And he tousled her hair! In this day and age that's a quick trip to the county lockup. And I'll bet they don't serve Tony's Pizza while you're waiting in your cell to appear before a judge.

It is, but it's very different from the Tony's Pizza made in the 1970s. It's still good for inexpensive frozen pizza, but the old Tony's was better!

There were a lot of Italian migrants in the town I grew up in so we ate real, fresh, food.
