My dad showed me demon days when i was like 7; i instantly became obsessed with gorillaz. I dressed up as demon days noodle for carnival of that year (she was my childhood crush🥲) and i have drawings of them all in my school notebooks of those years. I wish i could go back then

I always thought this was one of Demon Day's hidden gems, since it's so often overshadowed by El Mañana and Feel Good Inc. It just carries such an energetic vibe, like Damon Albarn enjoyed doing it most of all.

I love this song, it's my favorite
My all time favorite song from Gorillaz. I don't know what it is, but it sounds like a new genre mixed with these weird instruments that fit so perfectly and Damon's voice is so fitting as well. I remember hearing this a lot in my Childhood and when I finally found this song years later, I got addicted. I listened to this song for days and never got bored of it. It's indeed something magical in this song that I just love. 10/10

IMHO the Gorillaz are the most creative and innovative artists for the past 20 years. This is my new favorite but there are about 20 songs of theirs I need to hear every day.

"It feels like you're with your father in the place you love..." - literally my dad put Gorillaz music for me since i was a baby and i was listening to them for my litrally whole life (im 2004). And i remember my dad at this song haha and always cry cause i see the place near my house, one school's yard, where i used to play with little sister and dad, where i also played with my childhood friends and rode my rollers alone there. and i always listened to Gorillaz at there when i was alone for a walk. we moved out from that place 5 years ago, my dad died 2 years ago. i wonder what can i do to feel myself like im there again.....?

I think one of the things I love most about this song is of course, how it sounds so strange yet so good, as well as the fact that the song feels like some sort of anthem when the vocals come in.

I am a Gorillaz fan from Germany. And almost 15 minutes ago, "Oh green world" started playing during a ZDF documentary (ZDF = Second German Television is the second largest media group in Germany, only ARD is bigger). I heard the first few seconds of the song and thought about where until I realized it was from the documentary. I then rushed to the TV and turned it up. Unfortunately, only the first 15 seconds of the song were playing.
