The type of heart these people have towards the devil itself, the killers that took their children and family in such vicious manner smh speaks volume abt their faith and not even fighting back with that same level of vile omg

I really enjoy hearing personal accounts, difficult as they are, to put a face to the reality of war.
Bit off topic, but Rwandans are a beautiful people, considered exotic good looks here...

You mean well I know but there lies the problem in your comments .. see people as people not species that are to be liked only if they are physically appealing . This divide started the problems in this video in the first place

I can usually see the killer's just by looking into their eyes. They have this crazed, demonic look in their eyes.whereas the good people have a warm, gentleness.Though always their eyes are full of fear and sadness.

You have to get on another level, to even begin to understand 1% of the horrors these people went through. To know that your friend, your neighbor…..your priests…..you’re priests!!, could rise up one day to begin a murderous and blood thirsty rampage against you and the people that look like you. I’m not a religious man and I rarely talk about religion much less the existence of the devil. But…when I was a child and saw the unfold I was confused about why people that look similar to me (I’m half black btw) could kill each other of slight differences. But now in my older years as I’ve revisited the genocide, listened to testimonies of Tutsis confessions and how they felt a force taking over them, and other descriptions, sometimes I wonder if the devil does exist. It can’t just be past colonial influences and Hutu extremist propaganda. There’s something else at play here to drive people to slaughter their own people like this. 9/11 was tragic yes. But this…this should overshadow 9/11 and made understood how cruel human beings can be to each other. This should and must be up their with the Jewish Holocaust as an example of mankind’s cruelty and how never to repeat it. We may have more chromosomes then animals, but we are so much more barbaric and uncivilized. Jesus.
We should recognize the Hutus that stood firm with their brother Tutsi and protected them and lost their lives too. You’re souls will be bright as the sun.
