@@premr8784 im not jennifer but what i hear gz say is: instead of approaching a relatinoship through a 'romantic lens' - approach through spiritual. he has said a romantic lens would have partners consistently defend their spouse, regardless of behaviour, looking just to defend and protect one another within that framework. finding a spiritual partner - each partner's highest aim would be for their own, and their partners, highest growth/increased capacity to elevate in communicating, relating, intimacy, honesty ....being our best selves. at least...tahts what i think hes saying.

Garry your book Universal Human is one of the most real expression of truth of how we have moved for gain for what greed is doing for out world and life so excellently truly no one out there has been able to recognize the system we blindly operate in our lives wow I’m deeply moved by your willingness to meet this in yourself so completely now I get to recognize my own knowing so deeply that it’s been life enhancing changing for my own life now, recognition of your pointing to what our lives have brought all of to the brink of extinction,I bless your integrity in writing this monumental book on your honest discoveries of what we are caught up in this destructive ways in our lives in deepest gratitude and love minucha

The main idea of this video I think is that we try to find other partners outside our relationships thinking that they can fulfill all our needs and they are better and that's impossible. As an individual you have to be able to work on yourself and make yourself happy in a relationship because your partner can not provide all your needs 100%. I learned this from an experience, jumping from one relationship to another and at long last figured that each relationship comes with its own challenges and no matter how many times I search no relationship is perfect and my partner will never be able to fulfill all my needs.

All thanks to Dr ikhale my broken Marriage has been restored. We recently made up, even though it was difficult. It’s been more than a month now, and everything feels like it’s returned to normal. He has begun to treat me better, and it’s been a healing process for both of us. The nightmare that had lasted for almost 1 years before we broke up is finally over. It’s like we fell in love all over again! We’ve both put the past behind us, and are trying to move forward and for the first time in a long time, the future looks a lot brighter I can’t express in words how grateful I am Dr ikhale It’s like we’ve finally rediscovered those things about each other that made us fall in love in the first place. All of the worrying and stress has simply vanished Thank you Dr ikhale for saving my broken Marriage and brought my husband back to me Me and my husband are living together happy again. All thanks to Dr ikhale If you have any problem contact Dr ikhale now and i guarantee you that he will help you.Email him drikhale@gmail.com Cell whatsApp +2348157039913

This aligns with my own experiences at 28yo when he says it is not about finding someone that can save you from your own shortcomings, but about how you relate to the other person and what you come to learn about yourself while you are with them for the appropriate amount of time. Such a mature and true perspective on dating that I think transcends science. We will have psychologists saying this today and mainstream will accept it even after but when we listen to life with our hearts as humans we are always guided gently.

The Seat of The Soul is an amazing book, which introduced me to the concept of Spiritual Partnership.
Since reading the book Spiritual Partnership, I haven't been able to date the same way because my expectation of a partner and myself changed forever.
I know when I am ready, I'll meet someone who understands and desires this type of relationship too.
A lot of info in under 8 mins, excellent video. Thank you Gary for the work you do 💛

It's perfectly possible to have a romantic relationship without more obstacles than any other kind of realationship. The problem it is not that it is romantic, the problem its because majority of relationships are not based on true love. When we understand what true love is, doesen´t mater if the relationship its romantic or anything else.

This spoke to me. I have very intense but rather occasional attractions to people but when I do form any kind of intimacy with them I am overwhelmed with doubt. What if they aren't perfect, what if they aren't the one for me? I have begun to learn that that doubt will always be there, to unpack the feelings about myself associated with that doubt, and to be ok with doubt.

Thank you for your meaningful words. They do point the finger inward. To appreciate others outside ourselves, we must evaluate and work on our own inadequacies to contribute to a relationship and the world. Don’t look for your cure in others. You hold that power.

It's so true that it's easy to get caught up in honeymoon fantasy and try to make those feelings last forever, but they're not based in reality so they never will. The ugliness of reality will eventually settle in whether you like it or not. No one is 'perfect enough' to fantasize about forever, once the butterflies settle down you have to really look and see what you and this other person have to offer each other.

I think it was extremely brave for you to post this. It shows courage and openness. A major step toward reclaiming your own power, healing and becoming friends with yourself. As I write this to you I am also writing the words I need to see also. ❤️

I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death.
And also, most people are pretty much comfortable enough to be naked around someone and have sex with someone that they have no romantic feelings towards.
So sex isn't really a thing about romance.
I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner is. Also, you would more likely be much closer to a person who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a partner or spouse.
People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse.
Also, there are a lot of toxic romantic relationships, while there isn't that many toxic platonic relationships. Like an example is that abuse happens a lot in romantic relationships, while abuse is rare in platonic relationships. So there is a lot of abusive romantic relationships, while there is isn't that many abusive platonic relationships.
Why do you think abusive romantic relationships have a term for them called "domestic violence", while abusive platonic relationships don't have a term for them? It's because abuse in platonic relationships are very rare, while abuse in romantic relationships happens a lot.
And also, a lot of people cheat on their romantic partners with someone else, while most people won't do stuff like that with their platonic best friends.
And also, it seems that fathers usually hate it whenever their daughter gets a boyfriend (even if the boyfriend is a good guy), and it seems that they often hate the idea of their daughter dating, and many fathers seem against the idea of their daughters dating. There are even shirts made for daughters that say "I'M NOT ALLOWED TO EVER DATE" and shirts made for fathers that say "DADS AGAINST DAUGHTERS DATING".
Brothers also tend to act the same way that fathers do whenever their sister gets a boyfriend (even if the boyfriend is a good guy). It seems brothers (like fathers) hate the idea of their sisters dating.
So it seems that most fathers don't ever want their daughters to find love and be in a romantic relationship with someone, and it also seems that most brothers don't ever want their sisters to find love and be in a romantic relationship with someone.
So those could also be other reasons why the concept of romantic relationships isn't a good thing because of how protective fathers and brothers tend to be whenever their daughter or sister dates someone.
Also, I heard that most people can live a life without romance and can still be happy. But most of the time, if someone doesn't have any platonic friends in their life, it can effect them really bad mentally; much worse than living a life without a romantic partner. In today's world, less people are dating and getting married now, and they seem to be more happy being single rather than being in romantic relationship with someone.
So those are other reasons why romantic love isn't real or special, while platonic love is.

I don’t understand this, when a partner tells his friend “ it is Valentine’s Day, go home take your wife to dinner, to me it doesn’t matter , I don’t care about these things very proudly, then comes home announces to his wife very proudly what he said to his friend. How this is only a trigger. He doesn’t even consider that person standing in front of him a human being, how this is going to hurt that person. How to stand and listen to this and not to get hurt? I really don’t get it. Someone please enlighten me and I am open

  • @pegasus6724

    Remember this simple rule.
No one comes Into your life for your reason , they come Into your life for there own reasons .
This means that we are all natural selfish although we can give and can be generous we want a relationship for our own benefit in the first instance .
We give in a relationship so that we can receive what ever it is that we think we need .
All relationships are insecurity Based and are based in needs and greed's .
If someone is secure and does not need a person in there life full time then they won't have one , so all those who are in relationships have needs to fulfill which could be a need to survive and reproduce and also for company for fear of being alone .

There are unhealthy relationships that should end if both partners are not open to growth. Sometimes people are too afraid to end a relationship for fear of being alone with themselves.

    • @shopgirlseeks
      @shopgirlseeks 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

E.P. : That's exactly what I thought too. What he said can't be applied to relationships where abusers are involved. I wish he'd at least qualify it so that it wouldn't inadvertently encourage people to stay in abusive relationships. The moment you find out your partner is a narcissist, hopefully sooner rather than later, is the moment you should start to plan to leave the relationship. Don't ever think you can change a narcissist for the better because that's just not going to happen.

    Question
I have listen to most of all your pod cast. My question
Can a soul leave the body and another soul take over the body?
Or was it the same soul all that time? Because you help me cope with my current situation.
Could one soul leave body and new soul take over?
I once knew one kind caring soul. But this new soul in his current body is who I don’t know. Please answer.

Its just the opposite...body dies since body is made of 5 earthly elements...soul remains the same

This is a paradox because, if you need someone to help you grow spiritually, this would be the same as needing someone to complete you.

Think this is brilliant! However, I’m just confused about sexual attraction. So is sexual attraction just an illusion then?

I see a major contradiction in Gary’s reincarnation model, which goes as follows:
    1) In his book, the Seat of the Soul, Gary says: ”After an incarnation, the soul returns once again to it’s natural state of compassion, clarity and boundless love.
    2) But Gary also says that the purpose of our many physical incarnations is to heal and evolve the soul.
So my question Is: If the soul’s natural state is compassion, clarity and boundless love, then what on earth does the soul need to heal from or evolve into? It’s already in a natural, pristine state of boundless love. I don’t get it

We hv forgotten our true essence of peace n happiness...love n compassion are there in us but we are searching outside....also tbere are past life impressions n this birth impressions of anger..hate...resentment ..jealousy which we need to heal n evolve n return back to our original nature of purity...peace...compassion...truth...righteousness etc

@@meghananemlekar6873 If our natural state is compassion, clarity and boundless love, as Gary says, then the logical conclusion is that all we have to do is stay away from material incarnations and we won't develop anger, hate, resentment, jealousy, etc., which is where this negative stuff develops - according to Gary's model. So we will remain in our natural state of compassion, clarity and boundless love in our non-material existence.
Put another way, if we're already in a natural state of compassion, clarity and boundless love, then there's no higher level to evolve into. We're already at our highest conscious state in our evolution. Where else is there to go from a natural state of compassion, clarity and boundless love?

We take on these issues each incarnation to take responsibility for the healing process. Accepting what has to be healed rather than avoiding it.

    • @Secular_Monk
      @Secular_Monk 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@LearningTheStixx If the soul's "natural state is compassion, clarity and boundless love," as Gary says, there is literally nothing to be healed. You're already there: in natural state of compassion, clarity and boundless love! So, logically, just stay the hell out of physical reality and you're already "perfect," good to go! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
