Good question! So you can catch the water taxis from Los Muertos Pier. There are several little offices right behind the pier where you can buy tickets. We prefer to take an uber or taxi to Boca and catch the water taxis from there. In Boca there will be people that will try to sell you round trip tickets. You don't need a ticket, you can pay on the boat and we paid 100 pesos one way to Yelapa.

I did San Sabastian many years ago, but took a small plane. Is it possible to take the bus? Would I catch it at the old Walmart?
Unless it has changes you can catch the bus at Plaza Caracol
