I listened to this in bed with earbuds as i was meant to be sleeping. In that state i found the intimacy of every aspect of this piece of storyteller so genuinely entrancing and emotionally real that i even found myself subconsciously emoting in the same way the wanderer was depicted to. This was an absolute delight to listen to and I’m very excited to hear what happens next in Lilith’s story!
I just....loved this so much. Your ability to tell a story almost entirely on your own with a silent 'protagonist' is beyond impressive. I'm a simple girl. I hear a tragic love story and I'm hooked. But I can't help but feel so incredibly sad for Lilith. I like....need a whole sequel to this. Anyway, seriously beautiful amazing wonderful awesome work!

I felt the weariness, the fatigue, hell (heh) even the pain that the listener went through. Well done, and I hope you one day gain even more recognition on this platform for works like this.

As for this remarkable story I'm at a loss as to how to describe this other than remarkable, fantastic, from the script to the background noises. It was an experience I'd do again on my day off. Minos' voice is so good! That's how you do a serpentine voice, not just sssss but a subtle hiss over the entire voice. And the voice of Mammon reminds me so much of Kaneshiro (Persona 5)

Oooooh, one big listen!!! Yissss. I honestly can't decide which of your three big series I enjoy the most. Kiiinda lean toward Dr. Sharpe. But this one is amazing because its a favorite topic of mine. Then of course there is Blue Roses and vampire Goddess....uuugh, to many choices. But I think, because I am a Lovecraft nut, Dr. Sharpe is my favorite. This one and Roses tie for second. All three are the best ones I have ever heard.
After just listening to The Castle of Blue Roses, and then listening to this, It's 1:32am and I'm gonna listen to this because these stories are so good. About 5-6 hours worth of listening to both The Castle of Blue Roses and this, I believe that it is 5-6 hours worth good use. The voice thing, the background noise, it's just so hard to describe and put into words how incredible the story it is truly amazing. I could actually feel the emotions, and the strength of those emotions I was actually getting angry and sad it was just amazing beyond words.
An excellent and captivating tale! While there were bits where it fell into the curse of these listener stories where it's a bit less immersive thanks to the listener character's actions, but a lot really reflected my own thoughts and actions. I recently got done watching Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic, that film is a feast for the eyes. This epic, however, is a feast for the ears & imagination.
This is such an amazing story, I loved every word! The more we got to know the wanderer and their story, the more I got attached. The end almost felt like a knife in my heart, but I'm glad it ended the way it did!
Dang, this was great, the immersiveness of this story on top of my own imagination and ability to immerse myself in fantasy I was practically in the body of our silent protagonist, building a bond of friendship with lilith, smelling the putrid gluttony ring, feeling the cold of the lowest ring. 10/10
I wonder if certain Heavenly powers would be quite furious at our wanderers’ actions: bringing a soul back from the dead, setting Lilith free, and striking a bargain with the Morningstar. That’d make good sequel: from the POV of the beloved; the Wanderer taken by angels, she begins traveling with Lilith through Purgatorio and ultimately to Paradis to save the Wanderer and find out why Angels were sanctioned to whisk away a mortal soul.
A bit late to the party but I can't just leave this uncommented haha This was a really fun and really engaging story to say the least. It did remind me of the divine comedy in many ways and yet there are enough aspects in the story to make it more unique and what can I say, it really works out. The characters and world building were really good and so was the voice acting of course. I had a really fun time imagining this story play out in my head and thinking about how I would have reacted and responded in these situations. It's also really funny to think about hell as this very tangible place that's only separated from our realm by a gate with some ominous words lingering on top of it. - Spoilers ahead - Is it weird of me to think that the big reveal about Lilith's whole scheme isn't really that big of a deal? I mean yeah, so sad, the deception, oh woe is me but like with her actions she basically ensured that the soul of our beloved is as safe and sound as one can get in hell. She waited until we came along and basically guaranteed the success of what would otherwise be an impossible journey or task. She did state her demands from the very beginning as well so there really wasn't that much hidden from us. "I want to get out. I help you and you get me out of here" simple as that. And honestly, thinking that the demons and denizens of hell wouldn't be schemers with their own goals and plans to achieve them would be pretty naive. The one thing I might have had an issue with was the shapeshifting into our beloved throughout the course of this journey but at the same time I think that is something I would be able to get over rather quickly considering that this too helped in reaching my goal. Also the more I heard about this hell the more I thought that rather than being such a painful place and all (which it of course is in many aspects) it's actually a rather sad place. Like I didn't listen to it and was like "oh my god the horrors!" but rather felt something like "wow, what a sad place and state this is" As I said before, this has been a really enjoyable experience and I will keep an eye out for more stories or story compilations I can listen to while being occupied with work or other nonsense. Amazing job, very nicely done!🙂

thank you for this. I was just looking for a distraction to fall asleep with but... it ended up feeling very therapeutic for myself. I have a fucked up life, fucked up brain, fucked up vices and weaknesses, and relationships and feelings I don't understand but I found myself relating to Lilith and the circles of hell with myself and my life, and the wanderer as what I know I try, act and work to be and even told I embody by others It's difficult reconciling the cognitive dissonance of so many far flung aspects of myself, but this story, it's characters, the tone and acting, themes and philosophy at play... it allowed me to reflect on things a little at a time but not long enough to dwell and sprial because the story kept moving. And just... I want you to know that you did more than just entertain for atleast one person. for atleast person, you helped. thank you. you can consider this as me owing a favour should you need it, no kisses needed to seal the deal lol

I have recently reread the pjo books and As im listening and forming an opinion of the listener. I would like to believe that they are some form of demigod and the reason they seem so surprised hy everything is vecause they ended up in hell not erebus and theyre trying to reconcile with whats happening The listener is certainly at the very least on the same quest as orpheus. Its a super interesting audio so far

You did Inferno, but do you think you can do Purgatorio and Paradiso? You can't do the Divine Comedy without doing the entire trilogy.
