Cheese! I hear you. The meatball dish is so pretty! I wonder if more milk was added to the meatballs if that would soften it up. I'm not a meatball wizard, but I am making some later so I'll let you know if I find out...
My mom always adds milk to meatballs to make them softer! Maybe some milk in these would have done the trick
Well, you know how I feel about the hot chocolate flight!!❤ We really enjoyed the croquettes too! I want to go back for those trees and the pigs in a blanket:) We tried the meatballs and they definitely dry, which is unfortunate because I really liked all the little toppings and sauces 🤷🏻♀️

Kristen, I’m curious! It seems you like eggs and oil or olive oil, but not mayo. This is what mayo is made of. What is about mayo that turns you off!?!
It’s a preference of mine. I got food poisoning from a mayo based sauce years ago & cannot bring myself to eat it since.

Oh my goodness ,people need to leave you alone about hating mayo, I love mayo but avocado is horrible, can not deal with the texture. Everyone is different. 😂😂

People have different preferences when it comes to food 😊
I don't like condiments much at all. No mayo, ketchup, mustard, aioli, ranch, sour cream... I have many food aversions.
