I only flew into Montreal once, and only because Toronto was fogged in. (This was in 1992) We had so sit on the tarmac for a couple of hours, but it was worth it. Concorde needed full fuel for London-Toronto, but the short hop from Toronto-Montreal needed a lot less. They didn't see Concorde very often, and the lightly loaded takeoff was *noticeably* more sporty than the one in London. It seemed like only about 20 seconds from brakes off to 500 feet.
Great shots as usual Mark. I saw a BREEZE in Portland, Maine last week, very cute livery. I keep hoping to catch an AN-12 or AN-26 in Mirabel but hasn't happened yet sadly.
Thank you very much!🙂👍 - Some really great catches like the AN-124 from Antonov Airlines, the 747 SP from Pratt & Whitney and the AN-12 from Ukraine Air Alliance🧡, also some rare operators like the Dash 8-100 from Chronos and the 767-300 from Sky Taxi!🤗
I didn't even know Mirabel was still in active use. I have refused to connect or fly into Montreal simply based on principle because of the name of the "other" airport in town. If Mirabel would open back up for passengers, I would use it.
Good to see the AN-124
Yes, with its Aviadigital PS 90 engines!
@@creeguyvernon The AN-124 has Progress D-18Ts
Beautiful shots, it was a perfect day, I really enjoy the bilingual communication, Montreal is such a multilingual city.
20:00 PW's test bed looks badass
And that Nolinors JT8 sounds impressive
Very nice. Those C-Series look beautiful. Didn’t realize P&W had 747 SP’s.
They do. Its their signature test aircraft
the last 2 operables

Awesome SP's
i was tracking the same first Westjet 737 on FR24 right when it was landing LOL
Wow absolutely amazing video!
Nice to see the 737-200’s throw out the ‘paint can’ reversers! Great photography btw!

Vraiment bien fait! Et question: c’est quand que le 747 de cargoluxe avait été filmé, je peux pas croire que j’ai manqué sa 😢
4:41 Godly CF6s on T/O 🔥🔥🔥

✈️✈️✈️✈️👍👍👍👍
Awesome video as usual. Flight times would be a nice addition. 😁
The 747SP looks like the big little plane lol
Yes.
15:11 so smooth 😩😩😩
I've seen that An-128K in Montreal before. Every time I think of it, I burst out laughing at it's Reg. UR-CNT.
I thought that was funny too
Through all my years working in logistics, international and national, I didn't know that Westjet had dedicated cargo planes....
J'ai l'impression qu'il y a de plus en plus d'avions a ymx
J'avais la même impression...Je suis pas mal surpris voir des avions a Mirabel.
No butter landing for Cargojet 1:40 ... In his mind he's a navy pilot
Are the passegers jets there for maintenance
Possibly, as there are no passenger flights there anymore.
AN124....WOW....slava Ukraine
What a shame that that AP has being relegated to deliveries only!
Wish Jetblue to fly to Toronto as well. Just to avoid Air Canada if possible
