We bought this in 2019 from its older original, Scottsdale AZ, doctor owner with 16,700 miles. We went through it front to back giving it a major service - all fluids and filters, replaced master cylinder, all belts, brake and clutch fluid change, AC condenser, hood shocks, new tires - all in around $8,000 at retail. We sold it to a Miami resident in October '19, he spent around $24,000 last year - mainly on the right driving modifications, a few of which are listed below (with receipts for all work and parts).

Incredibly clean interior. Superb mechanically with no issues and great power, good synchros and clutch, excellent brakes & steering. Sunroof, windows, seats and A/C all work well. I doubt there is a better all round 993 available cosmetically, mechanically, color, mileage + upgrades/mods, low ownership with all its books, tools, jack, air pump, etc. Inspections encouraged.
