I think it's not true because budding, fragmentation, etc are vagetative reproduction process...

You're right there following types of vegetative reproduction occur in fungi- fission, fragmentation, budding, sclerotia, oidia and chlamydospores..
Asexual reproduction- sporangiophore and conidia etc
