  • CFL on TSN Paul LaPolice explains the difference in Spot Dropping zone coverage and Pattern Reading Match up Man coverage is. He will show diagrams and video of how Receivers will read the routes to decide how to cover. This is more advanced football defensive coverage that is used in the NFL, NCAA and the CFL. Canadian Football League examples are used and video is used. Great for learning about the game of Football.

Paul you are producing some really interesting content here that goes beyond what can be done in the short TSN opportunities (which you are also great at). As someone who grew up playing hockey I never have really known what I am looking at even though I'm a season ticket holder and watch a lot of games. Thanks for doing this.

I'm so glad to have found your breakdowns via the piffles podcast. (Hopefully I am but one of over 120 Rider fan subscribers for you).. Always been a fan of Coach Lapo in the CFL. Look forward to your breakdowns and takes on all things football. Thanks for figuring out the technology stuff and putting in the work.
