6:40 unbeliavably fast pace! Jaw dropping skills from pilot/copilot. Anyone expert enought about the kind of gearbox they are using (just plain rev sync skill??)
Man what a drive that was. Whoever set up the course was a demented individual with all the little loops in the whoops and stuff like that. I’d pay $250 to take that ride
Man... I have been in Motorsport for quite anew year and I feel like I have to congratulate you for your technical skills! Very hard to find! Believe me! I should also arise the excellent balance and dynamics work done on the car! Brilliant job! Congrats to the team!
Echt fenomenaal om te zien. Spectaculaire en snelle manier van rijden. Topcombinatie. Je komt dan ook enkele keren voor in mijn aftermovie van de Rally van Haspengouw. ☺
No, it doesn't activate the clutch, it's a dogbox transmission so you can shift without using the clutch just lifting but you got to do it with authority to not grind it.
So! Clutchless upshifts only on solid tarmac/asphalt?? Makes sense. Mhm, but, what type is thos gearbox? I have never seen sequential gearbox with the classic 123456 gearing paths. ?!
It's called dogbox due to the teeth of the sincros being straight cut. And it's not sequential, it's H pattern, almost all touring cars all around the world used to use this type of transmission during the 80s and 90s
Bavarian cars with their superfluous pedals, I was positive the one on the left had a use. I must be misremembering, or maybe these guys have it sitting there in case they brake one of the others. Incredible how Germans seem to think of everything...
That is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen on TH-cam
My god this is amazing, what incredible driving! The skills and control flying down on those tight paths, so intense!

Dog box with straight cut gears. It works like a sequential but you have to put it in the right gear yourself

Still my best vidéos, keep uploading these, please!

Il Me faudrait 20 ans pour Excécuter TOUS ces gestes Techniques, précis et difficiles ///
Lifting the gas activates the clutch. Is this standard practice on manual rally cars? 1st time i see it
or it actually doesn't? what's going on ? :D

it is a quick shift kinda the same but with a clutch and H shift
They had that type of gearbox un F1 in the late 80’s.
