On the Virtuosa on Oct 1 for 2 weeks. Need to buy a US adapter lol. I paid £800 for a single occupancy in an inside cabin, £57 per night ... pretty good value I think. Also got a half price Premium drinks package [£400]. Wont be using that mini bar at those prices ... unless it's included in the drinks package. Thanks for vids re this Ship, watching them all. What ruined it for me was that somewhere between handing over my suitcase at Southampton and it arriving at my cabin ... it got damaged beyond repair. One of the wheels had been torn off along with part of the case itself. A big hole where the wheel should have been. Took it straight to customer services and was told there was nothing they could do. Had to get off at the first Port of call and buy a new case ..96 Euros. The Woman on the desk was totally not interested, just sucked her teeth and folded her arms, as if to say "you can bitch all you like you aint getting a refund". It will be a long time b4 I use MSC again after that experience.... Bet you wish you hadn't asked now 🤣.
Hi just got off the Iona today lol already called today about booking another cruise,we have one next year but are looking for one in between. I have never really looked at MSC before. Had seen bad reviews but after seeing your videos and talking to people on the ship think we may look into it . Looking forward to the rest of your videos which are very helpful and down to earth . Was a bit disappointed with the Iona to be honest we also had a dirty carpet it looked ok but had a used full row of eyelashes stuck to the bottom of my sock 🤢.
🤮🤮🤮 thats horrible. We read bad reviews about msc but we loved it had nothing to moan about. I think alot of the bad reviews are from americans. They are used to Royal Caribbean which cater to them more than the european MSC ships
Loving the videos! random but did stacey take any hair styling tools? i’m seeing some people saying they did and others saying they were confiscated. i understand why, but as a woman with a frizzy mane i’m trying to figure out what i can and can’t do 😂🙈
Haha 😄 and no took both my straightners and curlers and both went through fine no problem, didn't realise you couldn't take knew taking your own iron was a big no no but thought hair tools were OK. Nobody said anything anyway 😁. I wouldn't know what do if couldn't take anything do my hair with for a week. Certainly wouldn't of been on camera vlogging anyway 🤣🤣🙈

The wardrobe was alot smaller for sure! And yeah they get some bad reviews but couldn't fault them at all
