Don't worry about the "all over the place". Everything is gonna make sense in the future, once you finish the season, if you give it a rewatch, you will apreciate more the plot. Season 6 is one of my favorite seasons. And as my friend did, you notice Sam being weird in the 3rd episode (when they make it more obvious). Glad I’m not alone on season 6! I love this season every bit as much as previous ones. I thought it was a brilliant way to follow up the apocalypse. A lot of people don’t seem to release that the question cas raises at the end of season 5 is exactly what is playing out in season 6. “What would you rather have, peace or freedom?” They chose FREEDOM, for everyone including angels. Angels have never had freedom - they’ve always been beholden to God - season 6 is about what happens when you give angels, who’ve never had it, the freedom to make their own choices. Turns out it leads to civil war and a lot of bad decisions!
@@God_3712 Exactly! And even before that. The way he kinda teased Dean like "I was espcting a Hug? Some Holy Water in the face?... Here, let me save you the toruble" and then he proceeds to cut himself like Nothing... Idk, it felt off since the literal first iteraction xD
@@sofialu226 I know I was like um Sam your brother thinks you've been dead for a year give him some time to process... and there's no way Sam could let Dean be in the dark for a whole year about his death not when he went through hell the four months before Dean was resurrected back from hell

As far as angels and vessels go, I think just being possessed by another being like that changes something about their blood. We know for a fact that when demons posses someone it changes theirs, otherwise drinking Demon Blood wouldn't have had any odd effects on Sam before, you know? So it would make sense that it would also work that way for Angels. And yeah, a lot was going on this episode. We had a lot of different plot threads going around, and though they tied in to each other, it's still a lot of info they're throwing at the audience. And my first time watching through this season, I was also feeling like something was "off" with Sam. He was always my favorite character before, and I always connected with him the most, but even 3 episodes in I just wasn't feeling that. (I did QUITE appreciate his morning work-out though! *fans-self*) I enjoyed your reaction and I really like how much you're thinking about things and what they could mean. loved your reaction as always 10:14 fact is its not really a ¨vessel¨ anymore not since jimmy is dead not to mention that Cas himself exploded two times already at this point. so this body, essentially, is his own. 16:46 this season plot and storyline can seem to be a hot mess at the beginning but along the way, the last three or four eps in particular, they make a whole lot of sense. it's paainful really but it's beautiful, powerful and brilliant in a way.
I like to compare season 6 of SPN to Age of Ultron or Spider-Man 3, there's gonna be a lot of subplots and too many villains, and even if they do come together at the end, they don't develop some of the storylines as well as others, which make the overall season suffer. I feel that a lot of the things in this season alone could have been several seasons worth of material
This season is a bit slow but it is actually beautiful.. I hope you enjoy it . The best part of this season is cas ❤️.. And yes he is not A human even with his vessel because jmmy died at the end of season 5

Ppl say the Bugs ep was the worst, but to me it's this one. That 2nd cops death was disgusting, I see 1 pimple I immediately want to pop it, and 3rd cops mades my scalp itch like crazy ewwwww. Bugs outside my house I can handle, but in my brain. Worst death ever

It's definitely an interesting season and I like how they made it mysterious, giving you small pieces of the plot as it goes on.
