Might be the American in me, but it isn't really a rich kid thing. You can rent guns here at the ranges relatively cheaply, or spend some more money and just buy one. You know... cause 'Murica. Doubt it's as easy there, but I also doubt renting them at the range is all that expensive. Quick Edit: Did a quick google search, looks like it's ~$100 in Seoul, at least at the place I looked.
