The Oran slides were on the wishlist but at the last moment bought the YSL Tribute slides as they were recommended more than the Hermes and the people were right, they're AMAZING! The most common complaints from Oran users out there are: easily tarnished & the slides slips away from feet while walking😭.
I think metallic might be the issue. I have metallic Valentino salads and they get scuffed INSTANTLY. I read online to use nailpolish to paint it in and you can't tell AT ALL

Thanks so much! I actually love the Dionysus style! I think it’s a great style and goes with so much. Sadly I don’t know about the wear and tear so much but I wouldn’t be worried if it’s just a section of suede (I’d put special suede spray to protect it). 💖

Babyluv these are true classics without breaking the bank...I own the men’s version in basic black made of box leather I think and I remember them being slightly higher in price but however these are great sandals and will last season after season...also they are instantly dress up an outfit and are so chic! Love to pair them with the Hermès “yachting” pouch! Love yours-just a gorgeous color-also in price it’s close to some of the plastic slides other brands make...this is a beautifully made item and-HERMÈS !helloooooo! LOL scratches can be buffed out with a soft cloth and if not-they just add to the too rich too care attitude of these fab sandals 😉😘❤️XOXO
i don't have these sandals, but i don't think i could ever wear it because of how flat they are. They are beautiful on other people's feet but not on mine, I'm afraid.
I just coincidentally received a pair yesterday. I bought the traditional gold/tan ones as they suit my needs which is all my Zimmermann dresses 😂 however I’ve had to order another pair a half size down as they’re too wide on my foot but I’m so worried that they’re going to be too short for my foot as I got the 40 originally and they’re pretty spot on for length but this is a problem I have a lot unfortunately 😩
I don’t get how people can love them when they give blisters and hurt peoples feet. This is the 3rd review saying how uncomfortable they are so I don’t think I will therefore buy them.

I’ve heard great things about the YSL sandals. I haven’t had the slipping away issue but yes the nappa leather is super soft and scratchable 😩
