I definitely appreciate your honesty in the review. Sometimes the quality just isn’t there and the full price bags are too expensive for that to be acceptable. Maybe you can see if they can replace it for you. I think they usually hold some back for replacements. Sorry friend ✨
Funko bought Loungefly. Funko moved their shipping from Everett Washington to Arizona about a year ago. Funko still has their headquarters in Everett Washington, an awesome store to visit. I received the wrong bag in my order from yesterday luckily they still had the one I wanted in stock.
I loved the Pocahontas Loungefly bag, stunning. The Pua crossbag is adorable. Not sure about that limited edition one, sparkly is nice, strange it didn't come with a dust bag. And yes, I noticed the wave on the side with the zipper. The pocket inside is nice. I can tell you ain't impressed and I can understand. I think you need to talk to them. Hopefully if you write to them they will send you a better bag. This one is not done correctly....ok I just went to look on the site and they are sold out now. And looking at the pics it seems they show the wave with the zipper. I think they all have that but you can go look if you get a chance.
They didn't send me a dust bag either for the Snow White restock. I would Email Loungefly/Funko for the defected Lava you bag. They might be able to either replace or give a partial refund of 15%. That's what happened when I emailed them about a defected bag earlier this year.
Omg I got the I lava you backpack as well and it has the exact same problems but I still do love it. I think it is the metallic material that makes it so that?!? 🤔
