Mind Blowing, I don't know, how to design Shaft on basis of Theories of failure, So I rejected from BARC Interview.. Thank you so much...
Thanks Suraj for your feedback 🙂
Very simple and Beautiful Explanation sir! I hope this video gets recommended to many people. Keep going! 🎉💞

What is power here? Is is the power of motor driving the shaft? Or load acting on the shaft? Plz reply.
Power of Motor

Please sir g...solve problem of shaft in shigley mechanical engineering design edition 10 question solve karna
Sir you are a great. Sir what is Ssy or Syt ?
Ssy=Yeild strength in Shear, Syt=Yeild Strength in Tension
What about hollow shaft??
Thank u😊
Sir you are teaching very good fully understanding what's your subscribers status very sad please t is hide your subscribers and improve your 🥺
Thanks Kapil for your feedback.
How to find out the length of shaft
in pure torsional moment
Sorry that I cannot hear cleraly. The syt is yield strength right? What is fs?
Correct Syt is Yield Strength and fs refers to Factor of Safety
@@Y9096841236D Thank you very much.
sir I will give a practical problem related to shaft can you solve and give me
Can you explain for stress concentration sir..
need notes
Ssy=0.5Syt kaise hua ?
Sir ye notes mil sakte h?
Yes...Give me your email ID
In torsional moment why you have taken P=2πNMt/60x10^6 here why there is a 10^6 and how it comes and where it is written or given in books
10^6 gives you answer of calculated Power in KWatt. If you want Power in Watt just divide by 10^3
Further why 10^3 also required?Ans: Mt (Torque) in above equation has unit N-mm. So to convert N-mm to N-m, we need to divide by 1000 (or 10^3)
In totality, 1. To convert Torque N-mm to N-m we have divided by 10^32. To get Power in KW we have divideed by 10^33. 10^3*10^3=10^6
Wrong equation for tensile strees. Basic mistake of calculation. @tensile strees equation please check
Yes I made mistake but it is corrected immediately...refer time stamp 7.26

How to find Mb??
From Power P(KW)= (2×Pi×N×Mb)÷(60000) put value of Power in KW, N is RPM, and get Mb
