I love Hee Haw it's been on TV a long time they had some of the best country singers and comedians in the world like Roy Clark, Grandpa Jones, Buck Owens, Gailard Sartain, Jim Varney , Minnie Pearl, Barbi Benton , Misty Rowe, Cathy Baker, Buford & Beauregard!!!! I was so shocked when it was cancelled in 1997 after it's 28 year run!!!! Thanks for the good memories!!!! Thanks so much for posting this I love it!!! I love the 70s!!! Can you dig it!!!!!😀😀😀😀😃😃😃😃🎂🎂🎂🎂✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻☕☕☕☕🤩🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🥰🌈🌈🌈🌈🎗️🎗️🎗️🎗️👍👍👍👍🎈🎈🎈🎈♥️♥️♥️♥️🍀🍀🍀🍀☕☕☕☕🌹🌹🌹🌹🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳👍👍👍👍
Hee Haw went off the air in 1971 on CBS and it been in first run syndication for a few more years until it went off the air in 1997 after 28 seasons!!! Variety shows been on for so long!!!!!
Well, actually, the final new episode of "Hee Haw" aired in May 1992...during it's 24th season. The show returned for the 1992-1993 season as "Hee Haw Silver"...consisting of reruns of older episodes of the show...to mark it's 25th season on the air. "Hee Haw" then left the syndication market and reruns of the show began to air on The Nashville Network (TNN) in the fall of 1993. You can see the TNN logo on the lower right hand side of the video screen. This association with TNN lasted for a few years and then another country music channel, CMT, began to air reruns of "Hee Haw". That channel stopped airing reruns of the show in 1997 which is where the confusion arises among a general public as to when "Hee Haw" ended. It ended in 1992 and reruns have aired ever since. After reruns stopped airing on CMT in 1997 the show remained off television until 2008 when reruns of the show began airing on RFD-TV. The reruns of the show were part of that channel for 11 years!! After RFD-TV ended their association with the "Hee Haw" reruns they were picked up by the newly launched digital television channel, Circle TV, in 2020. The reruns continue to air on Circle TV to this day.
Wow that's awesome!!! Hee Haw have been on the air for a long time but times have changed but most variety shows been around for a while like Dean Martin, Carol Burnett, Flip Wilson, Sonny & Cher, Donny & Marie, Tony Orlando & Dawn, Captain & Tennille and many others too you don't see them on TV like this anymore because they been out of work or they retired from the industry is that right!!!!!
Sub earned, keep up the good work. Love it, I miss these days. I can't watch that trash on TV today. thank god for youtube and people who love to keep this stuff posted like you. thank you sir.
Garth must of been on Hee Haw more than once because I vividly remember as a kid him in the Kornfield with Grandpa and Grandpa called him "Clint" and Garth busted out laughing and couldn't stop laughing

Who is the young blonde male banjo player , singer , and comedian named Mike ? I didn't catch the last name . Was it Slatter , Mike Slatter ? Is he still actively performing in 2023 ?
Why didn’t they show his performance on this? They showed him at the end when they were app plotting, but not him singing a song I thought when we watch he Hall that they always showed the performances. Why didn’t you show that in this one because now I didn’t get to hear any of Garth songs again.

This was when the show was on its deathbed. It had no chance against _American Gladiators._
