    *4 things to be followed to maintain Super condition brain*
    1.Increase neuron count
    2.Increase the blood flow
    3.High nutrients food
    4.Stress free mind
    *To Increase neuron count*
    1.Learn new words from new languages
    2.Right with less dominant hand (eg: right-hand writers have to practice writing in left hand)
    *To Increase the blood flow*
    3.Exercise/ run/ walk to increase blood flow (try to bring frequent movement in your body)
    *High nutrients food*
    4.Drink more water(to avoid dehydration,stress, tiredness and to improve focus (minimum 2.5 to 3.5litres a day)
    5.Eat antioxidants rich foods(eg: berries, amla, mint, naval palam)
    6.Take omega3 rich food food , wallnuts, badam good for active brain
    *Stress free mind*
    7.Take deep breathe (6sec inhale, hold for 3sec, 6sec exhale)
    8.Follow aroma theropy (use pleasant perfume - u feel relaxed)
    9.Journaling (just write your thoughts in a paper and regulate it, convert all your negative thoughts into positive)
    10.Socialize- (Don't be isolated - mingle with all your friends, family, relatives and public)

But, later when we go for higher studies Professors conduct lectures in english. So it's really difficult to understand subjects because it's taking a long time to understand.
