It is missing because sometimes if there is a bad product in transit they transfer it back. I faced it . Once I paid on full.. but after i opened the package I found out one product was missing.. and the customer care solved this and refunded me within 72 hours. So it is no fraud. Just happens sometimes.

This is not a fraud. Mistakes happen bcz of certain reasons. Don't defame a company like this just because you have the means to post something publicly. Resolve the issue first with the customer care n then if they don't help you go to public. This is highly irresponsible act from your side. Imagine if someone do the same with you or your company on a petty issue before considering all options of conflict resolution. How would you feel? Personally, I like flipkart grocery service. Yes, I had issues, but I had them resolved with the help of customer care executives. In fact I like it more than amazon for grocery. Saves more money.

Same thing happened to me today. I ordered 2 packs of 10 kg atta, but only one pack was delivered.I wasn't at home. My mother who is a senior citizen received the order. She didn't know 2 packs were ordered.

Open box delivery hai check karke le sakte hai. Band box nahi hai iske vajese badme refund nahi milta. Missing itam rahega to check karke refund mangne ka.

It happens sometimes and it's fulfilled at flipkart warehouse itself( kind of supply chain arrangement ) , you have to complain to flipkart and they will issue refund within 2-3 days ,I think they internally check the stocks with warehouse qty ,your order history and previous complaints to process request..but I don't like the whole concept ,because they mentioned in the invoice you get open box delivery,if you find item damaged ,not required or missing you have to initiate the same by informing the delivery boy ,but there is no such option in the delivery boy device..either one has to return whole bag or inform customer service ,in this case Amazon is best ,I bought Vedaka Papad ,Didn't like test ,complaint to Amazon and within 2 Hrs Refund issued without return...So in post sale customer service Amazon is best...
