Excited to see the birthday start with your friend - I'm sure the dragon will show up great. I have three mini HAEDs so far, and am staring at the page for a couple SSMC! I'm a process stitcher too, so don't mind that it will take 1,000 years.
I agree the process is where it is at for me. I never know what to do with them when they are done lol.
I love your projects! Especially the HAED ones. The only dragon I’ve stitched was one by Randal Spangler: love every dragon he creates 🥰

I know what you mean about the full coverage rabbit hole, I always say that's it I'm not buying any more FC charts or starting any new ones because they take so long to stitch up but these companies keep bringing out new ones AND I've got a few photos of my own I'd love to learn how to convert and stitch then as well. Loving your pieces
I am a process stitcher so I already know that I will never finish all that I start but as long as I am enjoying the process I will probably keep starting lol. I figure my husband golfs and at the end of every match all he comes home with is a few less golf balls but he enjoyed his day.

Love how you coordinate the project bags to go with the wips, I too wonder if I get too specific on my choice of fabrics how I will use that bag in the future. Dragons are one mystical creature that I just cannot get into stitching or diamond painting. I am a nature or landscape kind of girl.
I never thought I would like a landscape but after working on the golf pattern I know I will definitely be doing another landscape in my future.

Congratulations! So glad I found you. I’ve been using Dollar Store magnets for quite some time. Just can’t bring myself to spend stitching money on needle minders. I seem to be in the minority when it comes to Dragons, but that’s okay, I enjoy seeing what other stitchers love.
I have to admit as much as I love my dragon my favorite stitch is my landscape golf pattern. It is so fun to see what others stitch. Thank using for stopping by and watching!
I use rare earth magnets with no embellishments for needle minders. So more expensive, but $5 for 2 or more needle minders, and I can choose to embellish with buttons or pins or whatever if I find an embellishment I want. Plus I like them being small and not in the way or weighing down my fabric.
I don’t buy project bags either. I’ve got so many free tote bags, or a pillowcase costs a fraction of the price. Is it as cute? No, but it carries the project and helps protect it.
I agree. I would rather spend my money on floss rather then accessories.

Hello. I'm also love full coverage pieces and have 3 HAED WIPS. Since I'm a process stitcher, how big they are or how long they will take to stitch doesn't concern me. Dragon. I also stitch diagonal blocks, though I do the 10x10. I've never tried 20x20, but it might be worth a go. I agree with you that it keeps it more interesting and breaks up the background and confetti stitching nicely. Congrats on 1000 subscribers. Happy stitching 😊
You’ll have to let me know how you like the 20x20 if you try it. It is definitely my sweet spot.
Congratulation on making the 1Ksubs. I have also fallen into the rabbit hole of full coverage last year, currently I have 8 full coverage wips and hopefully finishing 1 this year. I want to stitch a HAED dragon chart in the future
