Thank you! Thank you!!!!! I’m studying for the bar and I took your 1L course which helped me excel in law school! Unfortunately I got to it a little late, failed torts 1, but went on to make the dean’s list and graduate! Thanks for all you do to help make the hell of law school more bearable.
The movie "Body Heat" shows an example of the Law Against Perpetuity...it prohibits an estate being passed down to suceeding generations of siblings (in this case).
Instead of A's grandkids what if it's something like "C if C reaches age 25" or "C if AG2 outlives ___" I'm having trouble playing with the variables. If there are a few life estates in succession followed by some contingent remainder, whose life is the relevant life? When does the perpetuity period begin?
Would you please clarify? If an heir is conceived and born after the initial conveyance, is that heir entitled to receive an interest in the property conveyed? Thank you.
Dude you have your picture but you also have a whole bunch of words in your PPT. Try my method: The way to understanding RAP is understanding the practical reason behind the concept: If you are obligated to give assets to future unknown person, then you can't divide the assets now or ever.
It's so stupid that we have to learn this
Couldn’t agree more
You have two minutes to get this wrong on an exam

RU... Larry Law, IS IN THE BUILDING ✊🏾☝🏾⭐
Why is the conveyance to grandchildren invalid even if the grandchild is alive before the conveyance?
That's what I was wondering

This chart is a godsend, thank you!
We're having to do a research paper on this. We haven't even gone over this in class!

Thank you! I did not understand until I watched this! This was really helpful!

Great job
Why is it not just a fee simple absolute for A in the problem around 8:00
Bravo Sir
Thank you for this video! :)

Bro i think this is amazing! I think this helps.
Can you elaborate on this a little please?
You lost me at, "Words are useless gobble, gobble, gobble."
Hhahahahahah
Idk you Larry, but Im gunna name my next kid after you...
Yeah, this didn't make it any easier, but thanks for trying.
For the first time, this video is about to suddenly get a hell of a lot of views from people who aren't law students.
why don't law professors understand pictures???
I love you.
3 minutes into this and a lot of
talk talk
lol, I got it though
Walk it like I talk it
Over 3 mins of dribble; for those who want to watch the video, just go to 3 mins 45 ....
Speaking of using less words, did we need an 11 minute video?
Explaining on and on and on about how you're not going to explain on and on and on
That stupid graphic just confused me even more. Dislike!
