This place is in the central region. This looks abandoned, no work is going on there

Yup it’s in the Central Region, but it’s not abandoned. I visited in 2019 and the inner building was just a bit more than the foundation. Much progress has been made since then🤗 and even when I was there in this video there was work ongoing at a point but I just didn’t film that aspect. Hopefully it’ll be completed soon💯
