All I can say is that the person who made this is the master at MMD. The walking motions are smooth, the clothes don't go flying everywhere, and it really looks they they're speaking when the mouths move.
It all works out, really, because he's still in-time with the reverb effect within the music; it actually makes it even more amazing, considering the amount of coordination that would take.

the reason italy was behind in some parts is that, the dance for that song, that's how it is, the 2nd part is delayed slightly, but yeah he probaby did lol
