Thank you virtuous woman! I believe that these qualities show up at different times and over time. Much like we share stories of the strengths of our grandmothers,mothers,aunts..I hear Bathsheba sharing Ruth,Hannah, Esther and drawing from the history of Israel , and Solomon, the Women that God chose. After all, let's remember that it was Rahab who was noted in Jesus's genealogy AND in the "Hall of Faith" in Hebrews!!!!

I know the idea of generational curses is a debated one these days. I know Jesus took that all away so that sons are responsible for themselves, but it's hard to imagine that we have cut these ties as much as we should have. SOMETHING is binding people up, making them repeat patterns, and when I read how Solomon ends, that is what comes to mind. His father was after God's own heart, yes, but he was a man of blood and it was a single, huge indiscretion that he is nevertheless still known for. So how does his wise, peaceful son end? Foolish, wanting to kill and so very wrapped up in multiple women that it tore his heart from the same God. It's sad. But more importantly, it's such a cautionary tale. He knew God voice to voice, met Him twice and was told point blank what to do and not do, but still couldn't stay on track. How on Earth could we ever have a chance these days without the Holy Spirit being with us DAILY? My word, we are ridiculously blessed. What a gift it is, what love it is. How crazy thankful we should all be every day. This would be so much harder otherwise!
I’m not sure you can pray for someone’s salvation after they have passed. Where is that in scripture? This is for sure a RC belief, but not sure it is scriptural. Anyone?
I explain this further in the beginning of my video on day 229… it is based on God not being confined to space and time as we know it and being able to hear future prayers. This does not change salvation once someone is dead, but the future prayer may move the heart of God to work conviction into someone’s heart before they pass. I did provide scripture to back up this belief. ❤️
Proverbs 31 'The virtuous wife' a wife, a woman, Proverbs 31 was not written about a man, but to a man what to look for in a wife. Virtue, trust, industrious, a good business sense, not idle, a good wife and mother, a woman who fears the Lord? In today's world that may seem impossible, but attainable if we live by God's Word , do not fold to culture of the day like Solomon and pray everyday 'God help me to do my best for You'.
Yes, I know, but what I was trying to say was that men shouldn’t disregard these virtues and dismiss this since it wasn’t written for them- these virtues are applicable to both men and women. I would be hard pressed to say that ken shouldn’t be industrious, have good business sense, not ideal, virtue, trust, etc. I think those are great qualities to look for in a husband as well 😊
I recommend going to day 1- it lays a good foundation as we study chronologically. Don’t worry about catching up or being on a timeline- God will meet you where you are and plenty of people are studying at different paces and starting from the beginning.
