I keep coming back to this song, it has such a special place in my heart. as someone who's struggling in creative industry without any support from my family and friends (they left me one by one) I often questioning why I choose this path and should I quit being an artist and pursue "realistic" career as they told me before. despite my doubt on my skill, I think that's the only thing I can do. I even can't tell all my pain to anyone and just desperately typing and posting my artworks to the void on the internet hoping that someone will notice me someday. listening to this song I feel like I found a shoulder to lean on and pour all my emotions until it less hurt than before. I hope this song would be a comfort song for a lot of people out there and hope someone will notice you too.

Saturday morning Wow-I’ve been up all night in Long Island, NY & had a random power outage sometime around 4:00AM-There was a storm on Tuesday & a lot of people I know lost power all day & night until being restored very very late that night but still have no tv or internet & are told they should have it by this Monday which is almost a week without it-So when this happened to me while standing & having just eaten my very very late dinner-soup & toast
-Planning to just relax & watch more episodes of Schitts Creek on Netflix & fall asleep as I’ve had several busy days in a row that were physically & mentally stressful & then suddenly being in the pitch black dark & hearing the beeps of my A/C’s going off & my show went off with the tv-I grabbed a handy mini flashlight & started panicking & wondering if I had any candles handy since I never fully unpacked these past 6 years-Wow I know I’m just rambling but am somewhat delirious as I haven’t been up so late in about 2 weeks or so-Well Thankfully my power & everything returned within 5-7 minutes but I panicked & started to feel hot like a hot flash-panic attack-worry & just hoping it would come back on but worrying how I would sleep without tv & A/C in the hot upstairs-So even though it came back ok quick that experience just WOKE me more than I wanted to be at that time-Well anyway I don’t quite recall pausing Schitts Creek but I suddenly wanted to hear Calum Scott Tiesto remix of ‘Dancing On My Own & I came to TH-cam & I listened to it & at some point I ended up with this song playing & nicely nodded off in a very nice way but since I’m sitting up my foot moved & made a big Thud on the floor as I was sitting oddly on the edge of the bed -Well I’m not even sure what my original need was to write this comment as I don’t recall the videos playing 1 after another without asking me if I wanted to watch a video not in my library or having an ad that needs to be skipped or press play to continue to next video
-I have no idea where this even came from & never heard of this guy at all & I play a music trivia game regularly so I’ll be on the lookout-I guess it’s sorta new as comments are fairly recent-The lyrics are good in my opinion-I think what made me want to comment in my delirium is the fact that it relaxed me & I nodded off in such a nice way after being So Awake all night & if my foot hadn’t made such a Big Thud hitting the floor who knows if anyone would have noticed me up here as I’m sure I woke up the guy downstairs LOL-It’s apparent to me I will not be going out to run errands early today as I had semi-planned but after a busy week & then a long night I believe I deserve a nice healthy nap & I hope more people notice the soothing effects of this video as well as the cute lyrics-I’m wondering if I was brought to this video now as a sign that I think it needs a faster melody just like Tiesto did with ‘Dancing On My Own-Calum Scott-which is what I was listening too before I nodded off-I DEFINITELY think this would be much more catchy & fun-In my opinion-if the music was amped up-Because the voice & lyrics are Already There
-It just needs better faster music to REALLY FEEL IT-in it’s current state it is more relaxing to me but hey Good Luck to this up & coming Artist?????Sorry for all the rambling but nobody is forcing you to read this so please save any sarcasm for someone who cares as I am delirious tired & exhausted physically & mentally from a stressing week & then being awake since early yesterday & a lot of walking my body wasn’t used to-So Good Morning to all & Good Night
