Ammo is coming in from NK, be it not too reliable, but Russian engineers are working on that in NK. There are now a lot of workers that spend time in Russia´s industry. There is also a bunch of NK soldiers being trained in eastern Russia ( no NK soldiers are on the battlefield in western Russia, but that narrative has slowly gone away in western media) So yes. There are benefits in long term for both countries.
