One thing that gets me call backs is that some units have another little drain catch located directly behind against the wall. When they've neglected their ac for too long then dirt and mold build up there and clog that drain too and it never stops leaking unless I take the unit off the wall to get to it.
I've never seen anyone clean the coils and drip tray at the rear. They get more filthy and clogged up than the ones in front. Did you clean the coils at the rear?
The drain tray is not removable on some ac models, some companies attached the drain tray to the housing itself (its all one piece of plastic), so the only way to reach for the blower fan in the back is to take all the screws holding the evaporator coil on both sides (on most units its 2 per side, some have an extra screw in the middle) then lift it up to barely be able to extract the blower fan from the left side, but its doable, as for the tray, the only way to clean it on those models is to follow what he did in the video! Just lift the evaporator coil a little (as I just mentioned how to), it is safer and a lot easier to do this with another person (on an additional ladder) than yourself, just don't touch the fins.
It was already damaged prior, watch the video again, the damage was there before any cleaning, this water pressure did not even damage the damaged fins, you're so wrong
rubbish video.. on how you can screw up your aircon cleaning. Go read up on bar and flow rate.. you have non of these in your cleaning. You gun is perhaps good for plant watering 1m away
