Oro is the problem here if Milano is going to win anything significant they need a better setter. Oro is definitely not. The opponents read her settings like a book. She only goes to Paola when the team is in trouble and any serious defense would read this without any difficulty. Paola could be a great decoy but….. I can say the attackers struggle to hit about 35% of her sets. Same for the national team.
The problem is she's already the best Italian setter. Maybe they could try to get Poulter next season and get some top Italian OH.
I agree!!!! And the weird thing is that Italy doesn’t have more talented setters on the rise as much as they do in other departments. However, Orro might be the deal breaker, if they want to go far in Paris.

È una Casalmaggiore sempre più nel segno di Simone Lee, grandiosa, ben supportata da Smarzek. Tra l'altro, le due alzatrici decidono di andare giù a referto e la spunta Hancock, mi pare anche MVP. Top scorer è sempre "lei", ma come al solito è pure colei che sbaglia, anche i punti finali, per la gioia degli haters, ma tant'è...Milonza si fa soffiare piazza due, per ora, ma in più d'uno lo avevamo detto, nei giorni scorsi..
Ero fuori, non ho visto niente.
Però vedo che il tabellino LVF attribuisce a "lei" il 56% in attacco, c'è poco da criticare.
A me non sta troppo simpatica, ma continuo a pensare che abbia in assoluto il gesto più bello da vedere.
E spero che, a partire dal prossimo turno di Coppa, si faccia valere a livello internazionale.
In campionato ho altri progetti (🍾) ma sono abbastanza sportivo per 🥂 alla salute di chiunque vincerà sul parquet.
Egonu 36 punti, non penso potesse fare di più. Le due bande, in 5 set, non arrivano in doppia cifra. La colpa per me è dell'allenatore...
Rispondo a entrambi: premesso che Paolona non la discuto proprio, io credo che più che demeriti degli avversari, qui sia questione dello strapotere veneto (l'ho scritto spesso): ieri ha smerdato Novara, per dire, ed ha preso la stagione con tre giorni di anticipo. Tutte a seguire sono forti, vedesi coppe internazionali, ma nulla a che vedere con Imoco, hanno qualche intoppo e ieri sera per esempio Milano , come giustamente evidenziato, ha visto poca resa delle bande. E pure Rettke non era in serata. Da neutrale cerco chi possa bloccare in patria l'egemonia delle Pantere😉...in coppa invece credo che se non ci pensano loro, qui i faziosi del Bosforo ne alzano un'altra in faccia a noi un'altra volta.
Probabilmente le squadre di vertice stanno programmando gli allenamenti per essere al top per le semi di coppa e campionato. Il secondo posto è importante ma fino ad un certo punto.
@@alessandro6821 l'anno scorso Eczacibaṣi 68 punti in 23 partite, con SOLI 5 set persi in stagione, distacchi abissali alle rivali, poi hanno perso ai playoff.

Milano needs a better setter for sure, but Egonu made too many errors in this game.
I would not say that Egonu had so many errors. Maybe the number is big but compare to her points I would say that is normal.

@@eliso5973 Yes It is true, but 11 errors in 36 points are not much. Are completely normal. Even players with less propensity to make errors they would make the same and more mistakes than this if they scored 36 points.

Egonu troppi errori? Ma Milano con il suo allenatore ha lavorato e lavora in allenamento per dare un alternativa di giochi in attacco nei momenti decisivi delle partite?
Milano ha perso con Casalmaggiore ma non c'è da stupirsi: aveva perso anche la fortissima Igor Novara, peraltro dopo averla battuta quest'anno 3 volte.
