That area is very under developed from both side pakistan and iran. Alot of bad groups strongholds are near that area. It is dangerous but Pakistan Army's got the uper hand on this side of the border for most part so if you're with them theres really no need to worry.
These are remote areas near Afghan borders. Not only taliban other groups are also active. You should appreciate security

Balochistan, including some parts of Quetta, is not considered safe, even for Pakistanis. A significant number of Afghan immigrants have settled there due to the war in Afghanistan, and unfortunately, some immigrants are involved in criminal activities. Both local and international tourists can become easy targets, so if proper security measures aren't in place, unfortunate incidents can occur. Once you cross Balochistan, everything is peaceful.
