I am listening to your videos without watching them for sleep a lot and the latest ones are getting much better as you are making an ASMR noise all the time now. Crinkling, crackling candles, rain, your voice.... the consistency in sounds is much more relaxing. 🙂

Aah! So at 4 AM today I woke up to one of my occasional emotional flashbacks, where I fully experienced the emotions I did while in love with someone who just didn’t love me back. Reliving everything fully in my head and creating elaborate new scenarios that felt very real. Yes, it’s a common experience, but amplified with my volatile means of processing life. It was really horrible, my mind was in such a delirium that an hour passed by like a second. I searched up “ASMR Anxiety” and I immediately knew one of Emma’s old video would be the one. It took a LOT to calm me down, in my guided breathing, I had so much tension I could breathe in for around 20 seconds (by my perception). But it worked. I think I experienced a sort of hypnosis during the video; half interpreting Emma’s words and half dreaming. I became conscious after the video was about to end. That alone is phenomenal! I’m no longer experiencing the same anxiety and was able to recover during the day. All because of that video I reckon. So thank you, THANK YOU, for what you do!
