Just a tip, when they raided our externals, we just raided the "disconnectable frames" from the external to the gate. That way, they can't do anything inside, and you can seal widegaps as many times as you want. Con, it is decaying xD
32 deep I got it but why didn't your squad build a water base? Building a 5x5 water base far out is what is needed against a team like that. Turrets and sam sites prevent air raids and you can't throw c4 or bean cans under water. You guys could farm fast but you just did not think outside the box.

The thing is, these boys will be so proud of themselves even though they played poorly, their numbers overwhelmed any situation and therefore allowed them to succeed in everything. I agree that the team ui shouldn’t be so large, i definitely think they would have been shooting each other on most occasions
And that is the reason since team UI was introduced I have said that there should be a DoT or Debuff around people clanning that deep. Imagine if a perpetual bleed effect or 50 percent reduction to armor and firing rate was applied when running 30 deep. That alone would end huge clans in the game.

Could of made a bunch of landmines/bear traps and just spammed them everywhere or random shotgun traps, a spike trap in a Bush etc. If you want to make people give up, a couple 1000 of those would probably help.
A server like that having a clan of 20+ people is ridiculous. If the max pop is 200 then no matter what they have a literal tenth of the server. That is stupid when the largest groups are typically 10 at most.
maybe diplomacy was the way to go. perhaps if you guys allied with some other groups or came into an agreement to defend each other against 045. also I am impressed you're able to build such a complex base with a team. How were you able to communicate such a detailed plan to your teammates?

Just a thought to launch MLRS you would pay 100 scrap per team member (team mate count would be based on the largest team you played in that wipe) to make siege raids more difficult for large groups but more viable for small groups who need the mlrs advantage
First the mlrs, then the recoil change, then team ui increases. Its sad to see rust lose the skilled element of the game. Someone with 200 hours shouldnt be able to hop on the game and form a 30 man and over power people that have experience. The toning down of the skill ceiling is killing the game. The recoil is what made the game hard and made the fight between zergs and good players even. Now if you are in a zerg you have every advantage. Its sad after to see after spending 10000 hours playing this game, the imbalance, and catering to low hour unskilled zergs has happened. I used to be able to go on an 8k solo against teams, and now its practically impossible because they can all shoot straight and there is no confusion between members about who is who. Playing solo is practically dead, hell even tokyo is duoing with wiljum. Sad sights.
This is a classic example of WW2. german soldiers were good but the enemy just had numbers, out produce, out gun, better logistics. You could be worth 3 or 4 of them and still loss every time and it's no surprise it's an Asian team that did it, they love the zerg tactics.
