12:15 you can play on any phone (samsung note preferably, for the S Pen) using virtualtablet to make your phone act as a tablet. being a broke ass i use virtualtablet app on my Note 9, and it does the job pretty well.
although it's a bit buggy and laggy, and to my experience you cant use raw input in windows 10
If hadnt bought a tablet id do this
When I didn't had tablet I use to do this with my note 4 shit made me go from 150 pp to 230 pp
